With international talent experience across Europe, North America, and APAC, I have successfully placed 400+ professionals, conducted 1500+ interviews, and reviewed thousands of CVs. My approach combines in-house talent strategy experience with deep knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions, informed by strategic business insight from Vlerick Business School in Brussels.
I founded Strole & Co. to deliver what I always wished for when hiring: transparent pricing with shared risk, candidates assessed for true long-term fit, and a partner who invested in building our internal capabilities.
