Meet the founder Amy Strole

  • After seven years building talent strategies from the inside—working in-house with leadership teams rather than just filling requisitions—I understand the essential connection between talent acquisition and talent management.

    With international talent experience across Europe, North America, and APAC, I have successfully placed 400+ professionals by focusing on sustainable partnerships rather than quick placements. My approach combines in-house talent strategy experience with deep knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions, informed by strategic business insight from Vlerick Business School in Brussels.

    I founded Strole & Co. to address the three critical talent challenges growing companies face: ineffective talent acquisition strategy, poor talent development and retention, and international expansion challenges. My integrated approach to talent lifecycle management is specifically tailored for SME growth companies navigating international expansion.
